We're a small (12 employees) software company from Luxembourg that both sells its own product as well as builds bespoke software solutions for various clients around the work. We currently don't employ any legal export or native english speaker. When taking on a new client, we always include a service-level agreement (SLA) along with the rest of the project-specific documentation (e.g. the actual contract). The main purpose of the SLA is... a) ...outline our general terms and conditions (liability, etc.). b) ...describe the response times the client can expect from us when he hands-in an ad-hoc request. c) ...list the rates we'll charge for performing any such ad-hoc request (i.e. work that is clearly outside the scope of any initial fixed price we may have given) as well as describe under what circumstances these rates may change in the future. The SLA template we're using at the moment is about 7 years old and deserves some major overhaul (some stuff to be added, other things to be dropped). Because of that, we're now searching for someone familiar with the subject matter at hand who could help making the necessary revisions.
