Data Entry - Fill and save Web Form from Excel - repost

Dear Freelancers,
I need someone to fill and save form's data from an Excel file.
I need a real Data Entry, with experience (I'll test you) to save almost 2000 registries.
I'll give you a specific URL to complete the form there,using the data provided in the excel I mentioned before.
The form is pre-charged with some data which you must to leave as is. You must to complete 5 (five) fields for each registry and then, press "GUARDAR" button.
If the operation has an error, take note of that in the excel file (in the first column provided for that purpose). If the operation has not an error, mark it as SAVED in the excel too.
The time to fill and save one registry is less than 15 seconds. One who is a real data entry can do this in less than 10 seconds and can do this job in a little more than 5 hours.
My budget is no more than USD 30 for this job, so please, don't bid over that amount.
