Copyrighting/Exam Questions

We are looking for an individual or a team to undertake the following work (with a view to an ongoing relationship): We provide legal training courses and have accumulated a set of MCQ's for a number of subjects. These MCQ's are not in soft format and require someone to type them into a word document (see below). Each MCQ can be of any length from 100 words to 500 words and has a detailed answer explanation. The total questions we have are 3335. These questions will be used for a database that is being built and therefore the layout in a word document will be carefully scrutinised. Presentation to us has to be of a very high standard. We will ship the data to you. We have been advised that using scanning software, it may be possible to scan the pages and cut and paste the information into a word document. In any event: 1. You will sign an NDA 2. You will not retain any of the typed or hard copy material and will discard all ancillary information. 3. We require the information to be proof-read once typed/scanned. Any subsequent errors found will be investigated and if in our discretion we identify poor quality work, we will withold payment. 2.
