Regarding my experience, I've been working on a Web Designing Company as a Sales Manager since 3 years. And I deal clients from USA, UK, Australia and Canada mostly through phone. So I have a good English speaking, writing and listening skill i.e. to say I won't have any problem understanding the audio or video since I can guarantee you I've heard worse.
I also have done a lot of transcription work in the company I currently work for. I am the one who is responsible to record all the conversation with the customers and then later transcribe them for the future references which requires a great deal of concentration and listening skill.
Also, I would like to mention that I not only will finished the given job in the given time but also with perfect accuracy which is the most important factor in this job.
