I have a UK based Retail Business (Toy Shop) that I want to sell, it is a running business with freehold property, I need someone to turn my information into a portfolio (4 x A4 Pages maximum) that can be sent to people showing an interest in the business.
It will be emailed so needs to be in such a format, the language needs to be UK English....it needs to have a impact so the interested party wants to visit the shop and get more information.....I have a large document with most of the content however I need someone to make it into a document that brings out the features/advantages and benefits.
The document needs to be editable by me in Adobe Illustrator or Microsoft Word/Powerpoint as changes happen.
