Copy and Marketing Materials for new website

Hello, I have a new website that I am having someone create... This is a moving relocation website for a specific city... What I need is the following: 1. Copy for the website (we are looking to emulate a site like [login to view URL] but the target is a small town... so there will be significantly less tabs/pages) 2. Marketing Materials to sell advertising on the website (we will come up with a price plan and marketing plan together... then you will need to provide accordingly the marketing material to sell the ads) Payment for the job is as follows: Full amount of job put into escrow, then 50% upon delivery and content upload for the website and then 50% upon delivery of the sales/marketing materials for website ad sales... Also, you must provide me with examples of your work... and if you send me the same canned junk you email to all people, you will not be considered, send site/trade specific materials only... if you are interested you can spend a couple minutes to tell me about your work and provide me examples of it...
