Copywriting for existing website

I require an experienced copyrighter to revise the copy on my current website. The successful candidate will be able to make experienced marketing suggestions and improvements to the existing text. The website is not currently a primary sales tool, but a way for my clients to find and contact me, as most do not use the yellow pages anymore. My market is very small and I am more concerned about retaining all of my existing customers than aquiring new ones ( we have been in business for 23 years). Attracting new customers would be a bonus of course. Our primary business activity though, is seasonal service contracts. Historically we have done a large volume of new construction, but that seems to be slowing down in the current economic climate. That said, the ongoing service business is our primary objective. Recently we have been experiencing an unusual attrition rate to our long term homeowner associations and property managers due to a very small low baller (a former employee how knows our methods and pricing). I have included an existing document that I send to the property managers called "Selecting an Irrigation Service Provider" that I am sure no one reads but has all of the necessary info on it. I would like to create 2 different documents from this. 1) an information only document in pdf that can be downloaded from my site. It will not include much info on my company and be primarily educational. 2) a sales letter about our company to send to qualified prospects and existing customers. A sample and basic outline of your suggestions will be included in your proposal. Other suggestions are welcomed and encouraged as I am not a marketing expert.
