Create me the perfect 1st Impression!

We require 5 marketing 'letters' introducing/managing/selling our products & services. Purpose of each as follows: 1. We are referred leads from various sources from time to time. These leads are produced when brides select a service category on a supplier directory. Therefore it can be assumed that several of our competitors are also receiving the same leads. We require an introductory 'letter' that will go out via email introducing our products & services. A little research into what brides are looking for in their wedding stationer & how we meet those needs may be required. Consideration to the email format we are sending in should be taken into account in the writing. Should not be a long winded expose. 2. We offer a sample service where brides can order a sample of an invitation set prior to purchasing their wedding stationery - a sort of try before you buy. I would like a letter that can go out with these samples. We have one at the moment but it is a little tired and worn out. It goes through how to order - we now have that covered in a brochure so we would like one that works more from a sales perspective with the aim of increasing our conversion rates. This should be a little 'firmer' in the sales pitch. 3. We are about to launch a new website. It will divide our product groups into 3 categories - Wedding Stationery, Correspondence/Fine Stationery & Business Stationery. When customers register on our website our backend systems sends them an automail welcoming them. This needs refreshing also and we only currently have one for the Wedding Stationery so we need to develop for the other 2 categories as well. - Excellent US style english required - Can supply previously used documents & some reference material This is an exercise in polishing and presenting a professional sales & marketing image to prospective clients. Wording should be fresh & positive. Would like to hear from anyone with experience writing similar material. Please attach samples of previous work to be considered. Thankyou for your time.
