Active Directory in .NET Technical Paper

I am looking for someone that can write a detailed technical paper about how you can access Active Directory procedures from .NET code.

The title of the paper should be

**"How to access LDAP Active Directory functions from .NET framework"**

Note the more details you include and the more thorough you are the better!!

I will give bonuses on good work.. as i know this work can vary in the effor needed.

You will be provided with a sample application with source code that does that work. and you will be required to look at the code in that application and document how the code works.

The technical paper should be similar to:

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
