blog commenting about Online Marketing and Financials

Hi, I am very interested on work on this blog commenting project. Let me ask you - it's not clear from the project description - do I need to comment on one blog or will you be supplying me with a list of blogs to which I am to comment on? Of course, it goes without saying, the comments will add value to the post. They will be sort of opinion or questions or something valuable related to the discussion of the post. No question of posting spammy comments like "Nice Post" and so on, because they will not be approved by the bloggers and therefore, it will be a waste of time for me and you too. And my expertise lies in SEO, Online marketing , Social Media. So, I can comment topics pertaining to these 3 niche. The financial niche (Forex, trading, Binary options) doesn't seem to be right fit for me. You may wonder I'm saying this straightaway but all I focus is on the quality I deliver to my client. I am eager to work on an ongoing basis. My rate is $1.5 per comment. My rate might seem to be higher than others but all you will get is quality work, I mean valuable comments that will bring you to notice by other commentators commenting on the blogs and the fellow bloggers posting there.
