Content writer for a small web site - 14 small pages

Looking forward for a web site content writer ~150..200 words for around ~10 pages, and ~300..550 words for 2 pages.
Each page should have around ~2 paragraphs (e.g. contact page,
resource page, audio files, newsletter...) except "index page" that
should be longer (about ~400..550 words) and "about us" page
(close to ~300..500 words).
Requirements:
-content must be unique
-no English grammar errors
-content must pass copyscape
-content must be submitted in .doc or .txt format
-all rights must be passed to us after we send payment
-email invoice (our company name on it, and your address, for accounting. We will provide details) in any format - HTML, PDF or .DOC
-content must be submitted to us in 7 days after assigned
We will pay by Paypal or 2checkout after content is received and verified against Copyscape.
Please do not bid if you can't send an invoice...
We will also provide web site theme and description, categories, and other pointers so that you can quickly craft the content.
