I am Vina Marie Dela Cruz, I am a Political Science graduate. I would like to apply for the Customer Service & Relationship Manager post that you have advertised here at OnlineJobs.ph. As a background, I've worked as a Tech and Customer Service Representative for chat and e-mail line of businesses after graduating college. Only after four months of working, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert/ Tier 3 Agent and eventually as a Junior Team Captain. Currently, I am independent contractor for a known small American business which deals with eCommerce.
My experience has helped me hone my skills and work ethic which I could use if I will be hired. I hope my experience shows that I am a fast learner, hardworking and independent. With me logistics will not be a problem as I have a very much reliable internet connection with a backup, a laptop and a desktop. Moreover, I can work for 10 hours per week including weekends and even holidays.
