Customize Perldesk templates for my site

We are trying to use Perldesk ([login to view URL]) which has customizable templates. Easy for you guys but not me. The templates all say Perldesk and shoud identify my company and website. irstaxfix.com. This would include creating a logo if necessary in your design and and adding our company, phone, address, website etc. to the pages.
