Clad Genius Set Up for Craigs List Posting - Repost - open to bidding

I am interested in doing posting in many cities in the SERVICES section of Craigslist utilizing the CLAD GENIUS posting software. I need help in setting up Clad Genius for this purpose. The freelancer must SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH and have used Clad recently. Please do not bid if this is not your talent. Specific help needed: 1. Setting up and using Geo-Targeted IP addresses 2. Creating the PVA’s. I have phone numbers 3. Automated Captcha service. I will want to initially post 50 unique ads in the service section of 5 different cities daily. The cities include: Phoenix, AZ: Denver, CO: Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA and Orlando,FL. This is a total of 50 ads posted per day without ghosting using my Clad Genius software. I have the image ads already complete. This would be the first milestone. I would like to be trained up in working with this software to accomplish the short-term milestone of 5 ads / day and growing to the numbers shown below. I intend to grow this to up to 300-500 ads per day within 1 year in the service section scattered in cities throughout the US. Ads will be unique image ads with no links inside them. This is not a spamming set up, but is being done for individual affiliated businesses in the service market. I need help in getting started and more help as the # of postings grow. Help desired will include PVAs, IP solutions, etc. Everything needed to get posting done and allowing me to use and control the Clad Genius software for my planned growth. I am looking for an experience poster familiar with the software, please do not apply unless you have the proper verifiable experience.
