Craigslist Poster: 100 postings per week

I need 17 postings per day in 13 different U.S. cities. The numbers are flexible but it would come out to about 100 postings per week. I have the CL ad already. I would need you to be responsible for creating the accounts and phone verification. Ads should stay live for at least one day and not be ghosted. Of course, this will abide by Craigslist TOU.
