Configure Zoho email server

Hi, Our company runs a local web hosting company, I have already read a guide on how to transfer files from Thunderbird to Zoho, We are specialists in cPanel, however you see everything is "user friendly" I would be able to understand the instructions, just depending on how many emails you got 1000-10,000 would be how long it would take, I would aim to do this in 3 days or less.
