Business Cards converted to excel database

We are looking for a business partner to help us take 1000s of business cards each month and to convert add them to our database. We need to capture:
Name
Phone
Location
and we would be interested in getting a quote for ongoing work on a piecemeal basis. Please quote on the price per 1000 cards. We expect the volume to be approximately 1000-1500 per month. We would send business cards monthly via post and would need email turn around in two weeks.
