Project Description: Copying Product Information into Spreadsheets and Images into a File Directory 15 Brands 1000 products per brand Total of approximately 15,000 products Each product will have 5 -10 attributes and 1-4 Images The task 1. Take the raw information from online brochures and CDs 2. Copy the attributes for each product into template spreadsheets 3. Copy the images into a file directory which can be linked to the products in the spreadsheets Timeline To be completed within 4 weeks from commencement Price: (i) Price per product for attributes (ii) Price per product for images Output: - (.xls file) Microsoft Excel for attributes spreadsheets - File Directory Notes: File Directory format Directory>Brand>Category>Product Product folder will include product Images Spreadsheets a) One spreadsheet per brand b) Each brand spreadsheet to have tabs for each product category c) Each category tab will include the product attributes
