Create a spreasheet with data from a pdf

We have a supplier CD ROM. This is in .pdf format. There is approx 300 products within the document. I need the information taken from this .pdf and placed into a spreadsheet - including product #, name, description, images (images to be saved and can be referenced by the saved name in the spreadsheet), price, colour, size and anyother relevant product data that it may contain. The .pdf file is attached that I require the data from. The colour and size fields have a specific format in that the variantions are seperated by |.
