Create a targeted Database from websites

I am looking at a virtual assistant for completing a personal project. I am in process of preparing database of entertainment industry contacts for my personal use. Most of the time i will give you the source from the net to get the contacts, and you need to enter it in the Google Spreadsheet in a Well defined format. At other times I will explain you the kind of contacts I am looking at, and you need to find it online and populate the sheet Your bid should not go beyond $30/1500 contacts The model I want to work on is, You complete entry of 1500 contacts, you get $30. You complete another 1500, you get another $30. If you are from mumbai india, thats added advantage.
