Part 1.
In excel, you must input our mailing list information.
44 pages. Each page has about 20 entries.
Client information includes, name, address, and phone numbers.
This information must be put into appropriate spread sheet columns.
e.x. Column A/Column B/Column C/....Column F/...
Columns are to be labeled as follows,
Title/Last Name/First Name/Street Address/City/Zip Code/Phone number
Names are listed as Man & Woman (Last name) [e.x.] Marc & Karyn Schiller. In excel, they must be input as "Mr. & Mrs. Marc & Karyn Schiller". Mr. and Mrs. must be input under title. Should someone be listed as "Dr." use that instead of "Mr" or "Mrs."
You may ignore any entry with only a man's name; an entry with only a woman's name must still be entered.
Do Not Enter
1) Any entry where the address is not in New York state (NY)
2) Any entry with only a man's name.
3) Any entry with a black "X".
4) Any and all cell phone numbers and work numbers.

Part 2
22 pages. ~70 entries per page.
For this section, the format looks like
Student Parents Phone Address Town and zip code (if not scarsdale)
Abdullah, Aleq Hiyad Al-Husaini & Mahdi 725-0224 42 Stratton rd.
(Last name, first name) (Man's name & Wifes name)
Take the last name from under the "Student" column and use that as the last name for the entry in excel. Ignore the student's first name. The relevant first names are those under the "Parents" column.
This is to be input into the same spreadsheet as the above project. Unless otherwise written, it is to be assumed that the City and Zip Code for all of these entries is Scarsdale, 10543, and that the area code for the all the phone numbers is 914 [e.x.] 914-725-0224, unless otherwise stated within the listing.
If there is information under the final column it will be in the format "city zip code" [e.x.] MMK 10543. Enter MMK into excel under city, and 10543 into excel under zip code.
Do Not Enter,
1) Any listing with only a man's name.
2) Any listing with a black "X" next to it.
