Data entry: List of teaching faculty from school assignments

A SAMPLE ASSIGNMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE CONSIDERED. DETAILS OF THE ASSIGNMENT CAN BE FOUND BELOW. *Background* We are a startup company focusing on e-learning. All of our customers are professors from Universities and colleges. In order to reach these professors, we require their contact information, which is always listed on the website of the University in which they teach. We would like someone to lookup websites of various assigned universities to make a list of Qualified Professors. What to do: You will be given University assignments. You will make a list of professors who are teaching in the period assigned. You can usually determine this from the “Schedule of Classes” found in the school website, most often under the Registrar link. You are then required to input their names, the course they teach, and contact information into a spreadsheet file that will be provided to you (please see attached sample spreadsheet). Professors are qualified by the maximum number of students that can be enrolled in the courses they teach. For each Qualified Professor, you will be compensated 15 cents (Canadian Dollars). (This must include the professor's name; phone number and/or email address; department; the course she/he teaches in the upcoming semester, and the number of students in their class). For you to be considered for this project, please make a sample of at least 5 Qualified Professors for each of the Universities assigned below. - McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) - University of Calgary (Calgary, Canada) - University of Louisville (Louisville, KY) Please fill up the following Columns in the spreadsheet: Name Title ORG. (University Name) Dept. (Department the professor belongs) Email Phone Course in Fall/Course in Spring/Course in Summer (Whichever is available) Capacity of the Course in Fall/ Capacity of the Course in Spring/ Capacity of the Course in Summer (Which is the maximum enrolment capacity) Sample list is provided in the attached spreadsheet.
