C++ Grading

I require a freelancer that can grade about 200 assignments for me. The assignments are written in C++ and only cover the topics of IF statements and Logical loops. (See attachment for a sample assignment) I require the worker run each student's code and to create an excel spreadsheet of each student's name and with each column indicating if the student's code fulfill the requirements on the rubric (See attachment). The spreadsheet should indicate if the student fulfill each requirement as excellent, satisfactory, or unsatisfactory. Code that doesn't compile will get everything labeled as unsatisfactory. There can be some leeway on the grading if the code is ambiguous. I have attached a sample rubric on how the spreadsheet should look like.
