We are seeking an experienced freelancer to get some information on 400 cheeses. We need 300-500 types of cheese from all around the world in an excel spreadsheet with the following info: Name of Cheese Image of cheese (needs to be sited source) Country of Origin Texture Raw or Pasteurized Rennet Type Milk Type Wine pairing Description (original description, must be edited in your own words) Any Miscellaneous facts The minimum is 300 types of cheeses listed. Bonus will be awarded if over 400 cheesed can be detailed. A bonus will also be awarded if the project is FLAWLESS and impresses our entire cheese staff.
