Database List Scrub and Address Verification

I'd like to have a database scrubbed for duplicates, spelling errors and proper format. If verification errors are found (i.e. incorrect zipcode) those should be corrected as well. Then the following fields will need to be proven verified for the list. Approx. 7,000 contacts and address total. See below and feel free to ask questions and post out a bid that you feel is fair. These fields will require to verification: Company Name Persons Name Title Full Address Phone Fax Email Website Approx. 7000 Contacts - 5500 of which are domestic to the United States. The rest are foreign addresses to the United States. We can provide an export in .csv .xls or other exportable format from Open Office or Microsoft Excel. We'll need some explanation of how you plan to achieve this, and see proof of correct verification etc, if your are chosen, so please keep that in mind. Thanks. Happy Bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
