Agent, or small call center wanted to call leads

Looking for a call center agent (or a small team of agents) with American accent and good English speaking skills, to call 5,000 US leads for simple, very short survey. The call will not be sales-based, you simply need to ask 3-6 simple questions. Once you do that, then you'll simply need to record the information on a spreadsheet (that I'll provide). I will provide a telephone script to be followed. If the lead is not available, a voicemail will be left. Phone display will need to show my company name/ phone number. You must have some way to dial North American phone numbers, and have the following phone/internet set-up: - At least a 256k/second (both directions) Internet connection for a single phone, and at least 1.5Megabits/second (both directions) for an office/multiple phone setup. - Latency (ping times) of under 90ms to a domain that I will provide. (Latency higher than 90ms will result in poor audio quality and the inability to carry on a coherent conversation.)
