Betting Spreadsheet

Spreadsheet needed for betting purposes. It is a way to track the bookmakers I use and where exactly funds are located. Essentially for record keeping in order to keep everything organised. I’ve uploaded an example which is purely for example purposes and is not to be copied. I don't require Photo icons and need the work to be easy on the eye (For several hours use per day) and have good functionality, e.g: large enough boxes in order to put notes if necessary. I'm not massively experienced with Excel, but can certainly explain exactly how I will like for it to function. I am also willing to hear of suggestions that can make it as user friendly as possible and expect to see examples of your work please. I'll be using this for up to ten (10), different individual’s, so the spreadsheet should not be locked in any way. I need it to be replicable. Only thing that I've not added to the list is the Bookmaker names (Approximately One-Hundred & Twenty (120) Bookmaker names to be entered) I've attached A list I made on word detailing the data that needs to be entered and how I would like the spreadsheet to function.
