Collect emails from Youtube channels

I’m looking for e-juice (also referred to as e-liquid) Youtube reviewers email addresses.
There are hundreds, if not thousands of different e-cig users who review e-juice on Youtube.
All you need to do is to search for e-juice reviews on Youtube, sort through the different channels, go to their profile pages and click the About tab. Often they include their email in either the text itself, or in the ”Contact this person” box, where you have to fill out a captcha in order to view their email.
I’m looking for a document with one table of the reviewers name, or channel name, and the other table with their corresponding email address. Or the email, and then the name of the channel, separated by a blank tab in a simple text document.
Note that there are people who review e-cig hardware. I’m not that interested in them, I’m mainly after the email addresses from e-juice reviewers.
