Convert visual png and pdf files to Apple Numbers spreadsheet

We have about 50 charts in visual png and pdf files, which we would like to convert to datasets for Apple Numbers software. It is important that the punching is correct, so you need to be precise both in visual reading of the current charts and in writing the data entries in Apple Numbers. We need the job done within 3 days. This deadline is important to us. Half the agreed amount will be placed in escrow when the project starts. No escrow will be released until the work is looked over and approved by us.
