Covert TEXT to HTML Code on excel. need formula

I have lots of excel description for my product description and need to convert it to HTML coding in bulk, and looking for a formula or addon that I allow me to do bulk convert it back to HTML coding on excel. I do not want to do it one by one. Solution must able to do bulk converting. I have including the attach excel file as example. again, I do not want to do converting one by one. I need a formula or addon or convert program that allow me to select a excel files and convert to HTML Coding. If the text on description is Bold, Underline, different fonts, than the convert to coding must follow.
