Craigslist ad submission

I would like someone to input the same or similar posting in six sections of craiglists concerning real estate and events. Specifics: I am looking for someone to input ads for a free seminar or DVD on a daily basis on craigslist to all US cities, States and Canada in Services (events and real estate). Housing (real estate for sale). And Community (events, classes and groups) no need for international at this time. I need someone that is experienced and able to escape cancellations and blocking. Please list what you can do in detail. Price per listing ? Price per day ? Number of ads and where each day. Will they be hand input or a auto submission software be used. Also can you write and summit a formal written business process for the task at hand.
