Creating Mechanical/Air Conditioning Equipement Schedules

Review mechanical (sometimes architectural) plans for high rise buildings, on a per floor basis. Mark up the floor plan in pdf editor and put together an excel spreadsheet summarizing counts and ac equipment orientations. Equipment type on floor plans is always tagged and labeled. Total counts, summary of unit hangings and room tags are missing however, need this info summarized line by line in an excel sheet.
Projects will entail approximately 10 or more floor plans to be reviewed at a time. Simple work, requires attention to detail and common sense to recognized obvious interference/mistakes in the plans. Looking for longer term partnership.
