We are looking for an administrative assistant/data processor to work with our NY office. Order entry, style info entry, and the like. Most of the work takes place on our proprietary software (which we train you on), Microsoft Excel, and email. Good communication with team members in NY and in other remote locations is essential. Candidates must be fluent at communicating in English. They will also need to have a PC with a consistent and fast internet connection. Much of the communication take place via Skype.
Candidates will be needed for 30 to 40 hours per week. They will need to work during NY business hours.
