Data Entry from Old Site to New Dynamic Site

Hello,
Site [url removed, login to view] has been recently changed by us to a dynamic site (the previous version was static one). There are about 3000 pages of directories and subdirectories which needed to be moved from old site to new one using a web based form. Each page at old site has 10 entries. For specimen of one entry see [url removed, login to view] One entry implies heading and data under each heading on this page. The admin interface can create directories (left over) add add / approve links on these. So it would be like creating a directory / subdirectory, if alraeady not there and than adding contents by copy pasting from the given location (ie old site, which can be placed at another location). For one entry as mentioned at above link you shall be copy psating heading, than url and the text.
It is a very low budhget project for us, so only if you have some establised set up may be it suits you.
I cannot say with surity but I think about half or may be a bit more of less work has been done.
