I need someone to read through source materials (to be provided) and extract multiple choice questions from it for quiz purposes. Extracted questions must be entered into Excel in specified format (see attachment - only columns B, C, D, and K must be populated). Content specific questions and content source will be provided to successful bidder. Content source is 10 pages and expectation is approximately 5 questions per page (total of approximately 50 entries +/-10%). Additional assignments available in the future for content sources of varying lengths. Purpose of initial assignment is for finding reliable freelancer(s) to complete the full scope of project (700-1000 pages * 5 questions/page = approx 5000 entries).
