Manually Votes to Toplist Website

I need someone that can visit a website multiple times per day with a unique IP and device and enter a captcha code to access the main website listing. Here's how it works: There is a website that we want to rank at the #1 spot, however this website has a ranking system based on unique hits and 'votes'. Meaning that once you access the site URL you will be required to enter a captcha and click 'submit'. This will count your click and give us a higher placement. However in order for this to work the hits must come from different devices and IPs. Proxies will not work. If you try to use the same machine and use multiple different IPs it will not work. The hits must come from different devices with different IP address. HMA (hidemyass) will work, but the hits must come from different devices. We need at least 150 unique hits per week. I am willing to pay $200.00 monthly for this service. If you can do this I require that you first send 10 unique hits so I can verify that they work. After that I can arrange weekly milestone/payments of $50/week as long as you can send at least 150 hits per week. Thanks
