Growing real estate company looking to expand its telemarketing and wants to discuss best practices with experienced telemarketer when hiring and setting up a telemarketing system. Currently the real estate company does it telemarketing in-house but is looking to set up a system to be able to hire off site telemarketing reps. I will pay you $250 dollars for this consultation. Ideal Candidate will be able to provide information on: Best calling software or system to make and track calls Pay structure for future telemarketing reps to maximize results Review current telemarketing script Best place to hire future telemarketing reps What skills a successful telemarketing rep should have This job will entail a 1 hour discussion of telemarketing by Skype and then create a Microsoft word document detailing the best practices discussed. You will be paid $250 dollars for this job. It should take about 3 hours of your time.
