We have skilled, experienced, and certified Salesforce admins on our team so using Salesfroce won't be a problem. A good deal of our administrators have experience as receptionists and customer service reps so taking calls won't be a problem either.
Throughout the project, our administrator will be accountable to you and/or your team ensuring that there are no conflict between who answers to who.
