Do some Excel Work

I receive invoices from my customers weekly. The invoices show me what I earned overall and what each of my collectors entered for me that week. I need a spreadsheet or spreadsheets that calculates what my customer should pay me (so I can check it against what their total is) and then also what each collector gets, and what amount I am making from each collector, and total for the week. And then I need it to transfer each collector’s information to a separate page that I can email to them to show them what they are making for the week, and also to a summary page I can email to the accountant for paying them. I would also like a place where I have each collectors expected weekly production, and then have it put the actual production next to that, so I can easily see who is below or above production for the week. I want to make a way for all of this to transfer to a year to date on another spreadsheet as well. I have attached an example of how the invoice looks I receive from my customer.
