Do some Excel Work

I am a small business owner, in Florida, USA. my company is a 3rd party administrative company. We service small to medium sized business, nationwide. I.S. Fl Office stands for Intelligent Administrative Florida Office, founded in June of 2013. Our function/service is to provide these small companies with any and all administrative tasks, they may need completed. I have built this company from the ground up, myself, alone (on a VERY LOW BUDGET, I might add) and I am now going "full force", if you will. I am now needing individuals and/or teams to bring in clients and complete the tasks, as they are submitted. This is more than simply a "project", but rather, ongoing contract work, meaning that you work for yourself, under my "umbrella". Commission (currently) is strictly based on whether or not you bring in a paying client. If you bring in more commission in a 40 hour work week, than hourly (Florida minimum wage of $8.05 per hour) then you will be paid in commission. Should hourly amount be more than commission, then you will be paid hourly. As I stated, this is only "currently", simply because I must bring in paying clients, then (eventually) I will be paying the hourly wage, even if clients are NOT brought in, in a week's time; not to say that bringing no clients in, quite often will be a positive thing. Once you have brought in a client, they are YOUR client, from then on. Should there be a particular task that you are unable to complete (for whatever reason) then that task will be assigned to another rep, however YOU will still be paid a percentage off that commission, because of the fact that they are YOUR CLIENT, but the rep who completes the project will be paid a percentage, as WELL, for completing the task. I DO currently have a team of 20 members, beginning training, next week. There are 4 "departments"-- HR, CSR, Info and Sales. I have a "contractor application" that you are welcome to complete, on my web site, but this is not necessary (it would merely be for my records, alone). I provide all the leads, to you. I don't PURCHASE leads (I personally believe that this can be a great waste of time and money), but I search for these companies, myself. I research EVERY COMPANY, obtaining their annual revenue, number of employees, number of years in business, etc. I have these leads put together on Excel Spreadsheets; this responsibility will eventually be assigned to HR.
