I have a spreadsheet of contacts that are in the wrong format. They are currently listed vertically, and some of the cells are combined. I need the name cells to be divided [example: "Dr. John Doe" needs to be split into 3 cells to read "Dr." "John" Doe"], and the address' need to be reformatted. Currently, the City State and Zip are combined into one cell, and they need to be split [example: "Annapolis, MD 21401" needs to be divided to read "Annapolis" "MD" "21401"]. Also, some of the Cities are duplicated. The duplicates need to be corrected. [example, if it reads "Annapolis, Annapolis, 21401" it should be corrected and split into 3 cells to read "Annapolis, MD 21401"]. All of the States are MD. I've started doing the splits, but need help completing because I do not have the time to manually make the changes. If the address is not in the particular clients contact, please do a simple google search to find the contact. For example, if they have the contacts name and phone, but no address, please search their name and enter the address. If you cannot find the address initially, just omit that data and move onto the next entry.
