Do some Excel Work

Hi, Some background information, I need this for a windshield repair company and its just a simple finance manager. On one tab I need for my employee to enter basic details; "date" , "Name", "Car Make", "Address", "Phone #", "zip code" , "Glass brand" ,"Part cost" , "Part #", "total cost" ,"credit ,cash, check" ,and "confirm". If the employee types y(yes) in the confirm row, that information will be sent to the second tab. In the second tab I will need the following information a row showing the "car make" , "glass brand" ,"total cost", "part cost", & "Credit cash check". bellow that information (list) i need this information generated from the data. I need "total in cash" (which would be the total cost minus the part cost for all the cash transactions),Credit card total( total of who paid with card minus the part cost) "Check total" (total amount of $ of those who paid with check minus the parts cost), "Money spent" (add all part cost together including cash credit or check). The last formula I would need would be my bottom line.. BUT I need to add another variable in, I need a place on my second tab where I can input a number value for the money I spent on google ad words . That means that my bottom line would be the totals of cash check and credit(not including money spent on parts) minus money spent on parts minus what I spent on google adwords. In the third tab of my my excel I will need all of this information organized by date and easily accessible . With a drop down that I can easily see all the information for a specific date or set of dates .. More specifics for my project, every morning when my employee opens the excel I want it to be like a brand new sheet for him to input data. That means that the dates are automated and he does not need to input them , he will just have to input information and everyday it is stored as a new report and ready for more input the next day everything must be automated no need to add anything or change anything for it to work it JUST DOES. Professional and aesthetically pleasing . One last thing once the project is done I would like to be able to team viewer you and Ill have to change some of the text to Spanish on the second tab but I would like to do it with you so i don't mess anything up.
