From the advertisement I assume that you are in WA - I have never been but have worked extensively with clients up and down the coastal regions in my career. I have extensive real estate and administration experience which is ideal for the work you have outlined - I have worked in administration, property management and sales administration within the industry. My experience is mostly with the major franchise chains including RE/MAX, L J Hooker, Century 21 and First National. My excel skill level is very good - I assume from your description outline that you are building an ongoing contact database for properties sold within your area for future marketing purposes. I am currently formalising my experience and qualifications by obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree - I would be happy to commit to the project long term if required as I have 2 more years of study before achieving my degree.
