Hi, What an interesting project! After carefully read the project description, I can used WEKA timeseries forecasting models for finding 'Spot and future price' for day[t+1] using given historical one year data set values of dat[t]. Following is my understanding for this project work. Here as mentioned that safe price is summation of given 15 attributes so what I will do as at first I will finde safe price of day[t] by summing up of given 15 attribute values for the given hour. Then I can predict safe-price for day[t+1] using historic values for that day. Here about acceptance criteria as mentioned that 80% safe-price should be fall between sport and future price. For this purpose as first I need to get results of unknown spot, futer and safe-price for day[t+1], then on that day[t+1], I would need to check each got safe-price value by comparing with spot and future price, if it is in range future-spot or spot-future then it would be marked as profit otherwise as loss. I can't test got results before running models and applying all calculations. So I would try my best with given 'Rapid Miner' and 'WEKA' time-series forecasting models for obtaining required results. Once milestone would be creaed then I would start work on this project. But you need to pay me something for spending initial hourse as I have to apply model different parameters for testing of results. Looking forward to work on this. Thanks&Regards
