USA Mobile Phone List (Database)

We are looking for a list of USA Mobile Numbers for our Telemarketing Campaign. It should at-least have the Full name , address & the mobile number of the users, other info with the database would be welcomed. We would need a HUGE number of records the bigger it goes the better it is, we would close the project as soon as we get "ONE" qualified bidder. Please do not bid if you do not have the database at present with you as you'd need to submit a sample list with your bid, there is no question to award the project with out a satisfactory sample.
