Accounting receipt organizing

Hi, You should organize all our purchase receipts(about 2500pcs). We will give you our emails which include all the purchase receipets and then you should save those to computer and rename those. After that you should find the correct voucher form our accounting program(usually based on the amount of money transfered etc..) and also rename the accounting programs voucher(so you need to link the purchace receipt to accounting programs voucher). Some of the purchase receipets are only a txt file(usually those are .pdf file) in the email so then you need to create a pdf from it and name it correctly. Please tell me how long does this work take to be completed? We appreciate fast and VERY accurate people. We are willing to award freelancer very fast and hope that you can start work today!! So when everything is ready you send us: our database file to our accounting program and all our purchase receipts in .pdf file. We will give you good instructions for this work and also the accounting program. So this is quite easy work.
