Create mail merge in office 2010 with 500+ hardcopy addresses - repost-ripped off by previous freelancer

I need to create a mailmerge document that contains the business name, address and email from a hard copy scan of pages from a directory. I would estimate that there are 400- 500 addresses in the document. They need to me in alpabedical order.
