Creation of Excel 2010 Macro

This is a re-submission of previously posted project. My current Microsoft Excel Macro that I have used for years does not work in Excel 2010. I need my macro to work in Excel 2010. My old macro file is attached - hopefully the code can be used to make the new one. I need the new Excel 2010 macro to do all of the following functions. NUMBER FORMAT CHANGES Hit “SHIFT + CONTROL” AND hit the following: Hit "2" - to align within cell; should allow for 3 different alignments Hit "3" – to change to date format (ex; 0-Jan-00) Hit "4" – to change to % format (ex; $8.0) Hit "5" – to change to % format (ex; 8.0%) Hit "6" – to change to ratio format (ex; 8:1) Hit "7" – to border the cell Hit "8" – to change to multiple format (ex; 8X) COLOR CHANGES Hit “CONTROL” AND Hit "Semicolon" (changes color from black to blue to black to blue, etc) Hit "Apostrophe" (changes color to black, blue, red, purple, green, white) DECIMAL CHANGES Hit “CONTROL” AND Hit "J" to increase the number of decimal places Hit "K" to decrease the increase the number of decimal places
