Data Entry Help needed

I am looking for someone that can handle data entry projects for ecommerce stores. we are converting spreadsheet data/catalog date into ecommerce products that can be purchased by customers. For the last 2 years i have been working with data entry specialists and besides one company i have not found anyone else that can work the way its requested. When it comes to data entry work it also includes being able to select the correct title and description format, and i am sorry to say if you do not understand english then you will not know how to properly work with the data entry project. I currently have a test project for you that will show me your abilities, and if everything works out then i will have much much more projects to post here in the future. I need to find someone that can properly understand, read, and write the english language. If you are the one then please bid on this project. This project means you have to work with excel and enter titles, descriptions, and meta information. The test project will be around 700 products. If everything goes well there are many projects more to come. First the data gets collected from a PDF, and or a excel sheet. Then you take the data and form a proper product description by entering a title, and a description including collecting the image...then you save it and email it to me for a review. Once the review has been completed, You can then enter the data into a spreadsheet in the correct format for uploading the products to an ecommerce storefront. Please see the sample form attached. The most important aspect will be the reading, writing, and understanding of the english language.
