Data minings & email marketing

We are looking for freelancers skilled in 1. data mining - get the list of valid emails relevant for our requirement (can explain this to the successful bidder) 2. Do email marketing on our behalf in such a way that these emails get delivered to the inbox of the recipient. We are require the freelancer to complete step 1 first - provide us the data and then go for step 2 . Step2 is planned for for one month. Hence please quote for 30 days or one month ONLY. Total email data required is minimum 10000K Maximum daily email target can be 100K email.
